Greg Campbell has been in the Real Estate and Development business for over 30 years. For more than 20 years he was a home builder in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho markets completing over 500 homes and apartments. This experience gives him a unique perspective in handling residential lot and subdivision sales. During this time, he was involved in the Central New Mexico Home builders association and was President of the group in 1984.

Since 2005, Greg has been working with the New Mexico State Land Office (SLO) extensively in planning and development of SLO parcels in Rio Rancho. The process includes master planning, zoning, engineering and all other entitlement work with the City of Rio Rancho in addition to working as an intermediary between the SLO and the various stakeholders. Greg has worked extensively with the SLO in the development of the rules adopted by the SLO to govern the disposition of the properties for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the SLO trust.

Greg has also been involved in community activities in Rio Rancho. He has been involved in several bond initiatives and served on the Capital Improvements Planning Citizens Advisory Committee and served as Vice Chairman in 2004.
